Understand Why Employees Are Asked To Work In Task Groups?

The reason employees have to be in group work task is beacuse the bosses think that its alot better to put alot of thoughts and ideas together and get things done better and faster!. like the saying

" two heads are better then one."

well, most companys have alot of groups for different things so that they have ideas and plans so they can have things that are good for the company so they can have plans witch would weather put the company at risk???.. or good luck!!. =] hehe....
